BillandLog is a web-based financial management tool that provides:

• Professional invoice generation and management
• Indian GST-compliant invoicing with automatic tax calculations
• Expense tracking and income management
• Financial reporting and data visualization
• Multi-language support for international users
• Cloud-based data storage and synchronization

2. Account Registration and Use

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person/business entity

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must keep your account information updated
• You are responsible for backing up your important data

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

• Monthly subscription: ₹299 per month
• Payment is required in advance for each billing cycle
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• All payments are processed through Razorpay

Payment Terms

• Payments are due immediately upon subscription
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through Razorpay
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Subscription Management

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months
• Access to paid features ends when subscription expires

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

• Use the service for legitimate business purposes

• Store and organize business data
• Generate reports for business analysis

Prohibited Activities

• Using the service for illegal activities
• Creating fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Sharing account credentials with others

• Interfering with service operations
• Reverse engineering or copying our software

5. Data and Privacy

7. Service Availability and Support

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

9. Termination

• Subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle

Termination by Us

• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• 30 days notice for termination due to non-payment
• Immediate termination for illegal activities
• We will provide opportunity to export data before termination

10. Governing Law and Disputes

• These terms are governed by Indian law
• Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India
• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
• Any legal actions must be filed within one year of the dispute arising
