1. Subscription Details

Monthly Plan

• Price: ₹299 per month (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
• Billing Cycle: Monthly, charged on the same date each month
• Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled

3. Billing and Invoicing

Billing Process

• Monthly subscription charged on the same date each month
• Payment processed automatically unless cancelled

• Payment confirmation sent immediately after successful transaction

Payment Schedule

• First payment: Due immediately upon subscription
• Subsequent payments: Monthly on your billing date
• Grace period: 3 days for failed payments
• Service suspension: After 3 failed payment attempts

4. Price Changes and Notifications

Price Adjustment Policy

• Current subscribers: 30 days advance notice for price changes
• New subscribers: Pay current listed price
• Grandfathered pricing: Existing subscribers keep current rate for 6 months
• Notification method: Email to registered address

• Addition of new features and services
• Increased infrastructure and operational costs
• Market conditions and currency fluctuations
• Compliance with regulatory requirements

5. Discounts and Promotions

Discount Terms

6. Subscription Management

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Service remains active until current billing cycle ends
• Data remains accessible during active subscription period

Reactivation

• Reactivate cancelled subscription anytime
• Data preserved for 90 days after cancellation
• Immediate access upon payment confirmation
• Current pricing applies to reactivated accounts

7. Free Trial and Demo

Trial Period

• 7-day free trial for new users (when available)
• Full access to all features during trial
• No credit card required for trial signup
• Trial automatically expires without charges

Demo Access

• Product demo available upon request
• Guided tour of features and capabilities
• Sample data and templates provided
• Technical support during evaluation

8. Tax Information

• 18% GST included in subscription price
• GST registration number provided in invoices
